Managing guests
This 3:51 video explains how to use the Call Manager within Coviu, to manage the participants within the call.
When a client is waiting to join your call, you'll receive a notification through the Call Manager. Opening the call manager will reveal the client's details, so you can accept, deny, and join in a new call. This last option allows you to create a fresh call, which is helpful when you've got back-to-back telehealth consults.
Once the client has joined, you can then transfer and disconnect the client from the call. Transferring the client allows you to send the client to another clinician's user room or a Meeting Room (discussed in Lesson 1).
