Introduction to the Waiting Area - (Advanced)

The Waiting Area is where group practices can manage clients waiting for (or participating in) telehealth calls. It is analogous to the waiting area of a physical practice, as it is a single space where your clients appear when visiting your practice.

This video explains how to:

  • View clients currently waiting within your clinic’s waiting area and join them in a call.

  • View details about the client, including their device information and internet connectivity.

  • Send messages to guests in the Waiting Area and invite new clients to join the Waiting Area.

  • Conduct a test call to check your device is ready for a call.

  • Set upalerts to notify you when a new client has joined the waiting area.
