Ending the call

This 1:15 minute video explains how to end a Coviu call. 

To end the call, select the button, and select one of the following options:

  1. End call: ends the call for all participants, analogous to hanging up the phone. This is what you'll use in most cases.

  2. Leave call: only ends the call for you, leaving the call open for the remaining participants. This is helpful for when the other participants want to continue talking after the session, or when your client needs to complete a task within the call (e.g. complete a payment or form).

If you wish to remove the client from the call, you can select the "disconnect" button in the call manager.
