Delivering a telehealth call
The 3:51 video explains the key features within the call interface.
These features include:
- Call Manager: a tool for managing the participants within the call, described in more detail in the next lesson.
- Chat: a tool for sharing text and links to your client.
- Tools Menu: a menu that displays the various tools which can be opened during your call. Coviu's tools are explained in more detail in a future lesson.
- Device Settings: a menu which allows you to configure your device, including selecting your video and audio input, and hiding your own video feed.
- Connectivity indicator: a coloured dot that indicate the quality of your client's internet connection.
- As well as how to refresh, leave, and end your call.
