Inviting clients to calls
This 1:22 video explains how to invite a client to your call.
The simplest way to invite a client to your User Room is using the "send invitation" button within the Dashboard, which sends an email invite to your client. This button also allows you to send an optional calendar invite to your client.
Alternatively, you can copy your Room Link and share it with your client directly. Ensuring your clients can easily find your room link easily helps your sessions start quickly and easily.
Below are some suggestions for where you can include your Room Link.
- In your email signature, so it's included in all your emails.
- In any calendar invites sent to your client.
- In the booking confirmation and reminders sent from your PMS.
- Add it to the default "location" field in your PMS for telehealth appointments.
If you're on a Clinic or Enterprise plan and trying to invite clients to your clinic's Waiting Area, the process will be slightly different. We'll discuss this in a future lesson.
