There are 4 ways to get support from Coviu:
- Help Centre: Our Help Centre contains hundreds of articles designed to help you troubleshoot any issue. Simply use the search feature within the Help Centre to find all the articles related to your search query.
- Live Chat: Our Australian-based Customer Success is available 9am to 5pm AEST to provide live support. To begin chatting with our team, simply select the live chat button on our website or within the call.
- Email: You can email Coviu at support@coviu.com and our customer success will respond within 24 hours.
- Phone: You can call Coviu on 02 7908 1346 between 9am to 5pm AEST.
